When I say that to other sales people, they're attitude and demeanor changes. That did not happen with altino he took the time to show me some vehicles and answer all my questions. When I do decide to purchase my next vehicle, it will be from him.

This was the second Pilot I bought with the salesman Tim I referred several friends to go see Tim as well . He always is very helpful and answers as many questions I may have . I recently purchased a brand new 2025 C-RV from Silko Honda in January, it was my first time buying a brand new car and my salesman Christian and the rest of the team there were great to deal with! I had added a trailer hitch and roof racks to it which they didn’t have in stock when I bought it, but they ordered them and called me as soon as they came in and scheduled an appointment to have them installed. I also really liked that they had a lifetime warranty through them as long as I have the oil changed and tires rotated at the specified intervals. Overall it was a great experience, and would definitely buy another car from them.

My 2007 Ridgeline with over 235,000 miles finally needed to be replaced. I purchased it new at Silko and had an excellent experience so I decided to go back.
I was immediately greeted by Heath Tracey who is very nice and professional. Heath connected me with Altino Barbosa who is very knowledgeable, laid back, and very friendly. After a brief, and practical negotiation I knew I was being treated honestly and I went with the 2024 Ridgeline Trailsport.
I could go on forever about all of the reasons I love my new pickup. I’ll keep it short and simply state that this vehicle is the epitome of what a pick up should be ( for my needs) and I absolutely love it - I’m over the moon every time I get in to go somewhere ( even work) Silko prepared everything immediately. I sat down with Juan Mejia in the finance dept so I could add an extended plan for the really nice alloy wheels etc. I’m an extended warranty believer. My truck was ready for me the very next day. Altino went and filled the gas tank and when he returned we went over all of the new features and functions that my old 2007 did not have. The extra time he spent with me really wrapped up my whole experience nicely. I’d recommend Silko confidently to all of my family and friends. I wouldn’t ever even consider buying a vehicle elsewhere.
